Frequently asked.

What if I'm a brand with franchisees, not an owner-operator?

Two paths. If you want to cover all your locations centrally, you sign one Enterprise contract at $49 per location per month. If your franchisees sign up individually and reach 50% of your locations, you get the brand rollup dashboard free. See For brands.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The white-glove onboarding service is $499 if you want us to do the setup; the self-serve path is free.

Do you do paid review acquisition campaigns?

No. We help respond to the reviews that are there. We do not run "ask your happy customer for 5 stars" campaigns. Several platforms ban that, and even where it is legal it is tacky.

Can I bring my own response writer?

Yes. The draft is a starting point. Every response goes through human approval before posting.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

If you enter a credit card before day 14, you convert to Operator at $79. If you do not, the trial expires silently and the alerts stop. You can come back any time; your history is preserved for 12 months.
